Junior Suite Superior

The Hotel Riu Palace Riviera Maya offers you these rooms so that you can enjoy an unforgettable stay. The Junior Suites at the Hotel Riu Palace Riviera Maya are perfectly equipped to offer you maximum comfort. Payment Information

We are bound by a payment schedule from the resort. Payment requirements are as follows:

  • 1st Payment Due at Time of Booking: $100 per adult, $50 of that deposit is non-refundable agency fee charged to LaMacchia Jet Stream. No deposit required for children ages 2-12.
  • 2nd Payment Due February 15, 2025 in the amount equal to the price of 1 night stay per room reservation.
  • Final Payment Due: March 9, 2025

You are welcome to pay in full at any time within the above timeframe.

Cancellation penalties apply after the 2nd payment is due. Reservations paid in full are 100% Non Refundable

Travel Insurance

Cancel for any Reason plus medical and trip interruption coverage while away. Travel insurance must be paid within 7 days of deposit.

  • Refund in Form of Travel Credit. Trip cost under $1500-Adults $90pp/Kids 12 and under $45pp. Trip cost over $1500-Adults $110pp/Kids 12 and under $55pp
  • Cash Refund Option. Trip cost under $1500-Adults $190pp/ Kids 12 and under $95pp. Trip cost over $1500-Adults $230pp/ Kids 12 and under $115pp

Flights

Flights are not included and must be booked separately.  Please provide your flight information to Mike so he can arrange your transportation.  If you need assistance booking your flights, please reach out to him.
